This Privacy Policy governs your interactions with KAI, whether via our Site, or through an integration within your university’s education system (including voice call or in app chat or embedded modules). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) and other information you provide or is made available by your university or other authorised parties.

Personal Data That You Provide: We may collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you register an account with us, subscribe to KAI, contact us with enquiries, or ask questions via voice or chat.
By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to us, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to our offices and servers and such authorized third parties as per applicable law.
We will, at all times, provide the option to you, not to provide the Personal Data, which is sought from you. Further, you can, at any time while using KAI, have an option to withdraw your consent previously given to us to use such information. Withdrawal of consent is required to be intimated to us via email at the address provided in this Privacy Policy below. In such event, we fully reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to KAI and related services.

Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with KAI or the Site, we may receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Aggregated Personal Data: In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of KAI and the Site, we may conduct research on the characteristics and behaviour of users, including but not limited to user demographics, interests and behaviour based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This analysis may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis, and we may publish or otherwise disclose such aggregated information. This aggregate information does not identify any individual.
Analytics and Tracking Technologies: We may, and may allow third party service providers to, use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities across different websites following your interaction with KAI or use of the Site.
